A new path to vacation package demand
KHR is introducing a Delta Vacations distribution opportunity for eligible hotel partners. Properties can review the terms and decide whether participation fits their commercial strategy.
Delta Vacations, the official vacation provider of Delta Air Lines, offers vacation packages from hundreds of cities in the United States and Canada to more than 280 destinations worldwide. The opportunity allows participating hotels to put eligible room inventory in front of vacation package shoppers, subject to property opt-in and rate setup.

30% Minimum
Dynamic discount from best available rate (BAR), on room-only or bed-and-breakfast rates.
Net Rate
The rate is non-commissionable; hotels should evaluate the resulting net contribution.

How Participation Works
A hotel must opt in before its rate can be loaded. KHR will review the opportunity with each interested property, including its eligible room types, inclusions, cancellation terms and ability to handle virtual card payments. The applicable bid process or manual form supplies the property details needed for setup.
Rate and Distribution Requirements
- Pricing: a dynamic discount of at least 30% below BAR on room-only or bed-and-breakfast rates.
- Rate model: net, non-commissionable.
- Connection: distribution via DHISCO (IDS).
- Payment: a single-use virtual credit card is sent with every booking; participating hotels must accept virtual cards.
- Approval: property opt-in through the applicable bid process or manual form.
Assess the Commercial Fit
A 30% discount should be assessed against each hotel’s forecast, seasonality and channel costs. Review expected incremental room nights and net rate alongside any room-type restrictions, meal inclusions, parking, Wi-Fi and cancellation terms. Participation should support the property’s overall revenue strategy.
