Mobile Check-In
48-hours prior to arrival, we will send an email and/or an SMS message on the guest’s mobile device allowing for immediate check-in. A reminder is also sent at 9:00 on the day of arrival. Alternatively, guests may register at our check-in kiosk.
Digital Keys
Diigital keys are issued to guests via email at the check-in time on the day of arrival. Once received, guests may go directly to their room.
Automated Payment
Payments are automatically collected at the cancellation cut-off date. All major credit cards are accepted.
Remote Reception Services
Remote reception desk services are available in multiple languages Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Contact us via phone or whatsapp.
24/7 Virtual Concierge
A dedicated virtual concierge service is ready to assist with personalized recommendations and arrangements, all through a simple tap on the guest’s mobile device.
Guest Services Portal
From a mobile device, geusts may access our guest service directory portal offering push-button services, information and digital keys to access their room.
Streaming Media
Guests can enjoy hundreds of publications, magazines and newspapers from all over the world from their tablet or mobile device, anywhere and at anytime during their stay.
Automated Check-Out
Guests may leave their room anytime before the check-out time. A bill emailed to them upon departure. Guests may contact us via the Guest Services Portal on their mobile device with any billing queries.
